The main category of data that you voluntarily provide when using the application. This information is necessary for creating personalized profiles of your pets and ensuring accurate monitoring of their health:

• Pet Photos: Images of your pets that you select from the device gallery (with your permission to access the gallery)
• Health Indicators: More than 40 different parameters, including appetite, activity, behavior, digestion, breathing, urination, musculoskeletal system, neurological indicators, and many others
• Medical History: Records of past illnesses, treatments, veterinary examinations, vaccinations, and medical procedures
• Reminders and Tasks: Reminders you create for veterinary appointments, procedures, feeding, medication intake, and other important events
• Notes and Observations: Your personal notes about behavior, changes in health status, and other important aspects of your pet's life

2.2 Permissions and Device Function Access

The VUS application requests certain permissions to ensure full functionality. Each permission is requested separately, and you can grant or deny any of them:

• Notifications: Permission to send push notifications is necessary to inform you about important updates, care task reminders, veterinary appointments, medication intake, and other critical events related to your pets. Without this permission, you will not receive timely reminders.
• Photo Gallery Access: This permission allows you to select and add photos of your pets to their profiles. The application does not have access to your gallery without your explicit action to select specific photos. We do not scan or analyze the contents of your gallery.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): This permission allows access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). It is important to note that we do not use IDFA for personalized advertising. This identifier may only be used for analytical purposes by third-party SDKs, such as Firebase, in strict compliance with Apple's policies.

2.3 Technical Information and Analytics

To ensure stable application operation and continuous improvement, we collect certain technical information:

• Device Information: iOS operating system version, device model, and other technical characteristics necessary for performance optimization
• Anonymized Usage Data: Through Firebase Analytics, we collect generalized information about how the application is used (e.g., which features are most popular, usage time, launch frequency). This data is completely anonymized and contains no personal information
• Crash and Error Information: Technical data about occurring errors, crashes, and performance issues for their rapid resolution and improvement of application stability

• You have complete control over your data and can delete it at any time

To ensure high application quality and continuous improvement, we use modern analytics tools. All analytics data is collected exclusively in anonymized form and contains no personal information about you or your pets.

• Launch Events: Application launch, session duration, usage frequency
• Purchases and Subscriptions: Activating premium features, in-app purchases (if applicable)

Important: Disabling analytics does not affect the core functionality of the application. All health monitoring, pet management, and planning features will work in full.
